What makes us different ?

We use sourdough starter and discard sourdough starter for our special buttery and flaky tartlets. Providing a contrast to the subtle acidity of the sourdough. Typically, the dough is made with a sourdough starter, which imparts a distinct flavour profile that is both slightly tart and rich. The result is a delightful balance of flavours and textures, with the sourdough element adding depth and complexity to the overall taste.
